Hi! This blouse is in great prwowned condition, with some feeling of wear. This blouse can fit larger sizes due to the generous shirring in the front and the back. The Karami straps are detachable. Back lacing on the shirring provides some modesty, and the bow on top of the front button placket is a drawstring which can give you more room. Lace is cotton. Sleeves are about 3/4 length.
