I'm the second owner, but only wore it twice, because it's a tad to small an me and the pink doesn't match my other dusty pinks. I'm a huge fan of the rose cameo print, but I decided to finally sell it. It's an older piece, I'd say 2006 (because this OP has the same print: http://lolibrary.org/apparel/flower-print-high-collar-pin-tuck-op) and has a slight feeling of worn. But it's still a lovely skirt with no damages. It has a built-in petticoat, cotton raschel lace (it's soft) and removable waist-ties (which I had to sew back on once).
