Old Rose print shirred skirt from Meta
Metamorphose "Old Rose" shirring skirt. Similar to the one linked below, but shorter and fully shirred. I think this cut was originally from a lucky pack. They are surprisingly hard to come by though! Black cotton with a tan/beige print. Waist as it is can fit up to 100cm as long as you can get it over your hips (I wouldn't recommend it for hips lather than 115cm as it will be to hard to pull on). You could also change the elastic to better fit a larger waist. Has that classic wide waist band that meta loved to do in this era. Fits and looks like every other skirt in this cut. Length is roughly 46cm from the bottom of the waistband to the edge of the lace and 51cm from the top of waistband down. Shown with a very tiny petticoat (basically so small its like no petti), it has lots of room for a large one! Worn once by me and has been washed, unsure of how much the previous owner wore it, but it's in excellent condition.
