Metamorphose Temps de Fille Bubble Bath JSK & Angelic Pretty Wrist Cuffs & 2 AP socks

This dress arrived a couple of days ago in not the condition that was stated. I am unable to return it back to my shopping service as it seems that 

they have changed their policy within the past few months. I really need this dress to go, so please bid if you like a little bit of a fixer upper!

Set comes with wrist cuffs and 2 pairs of Angelic Pretty socks that will be a surprise! I will try and choose colours that may go with the dress

but it may not be the case.

Condition of dress:

Stains all over the dress, mostly the skirt. A hole possibly from a cigarette burn. Cigarette smell. 

The over skirt appears to be fine although there is some fluff.

I have likely missed some of the damage of the dress as I put it back into the shipping box almost straight away.

Condition of wrist cuffs:

Overall good condition, missing a jewel stone or 2.

Condition of socks:

Used, may have minor flaws.

My lighting is a little bit yellow in tone so please note that there might be colour differences.
