Bought both the jsk and headband second hand from Closet Child back in 2017, only tried on once and in excellent condition save for some wrinkles from storage. The jsk has a very lovely print and decorated with gold lace and trim. Full shirring in the back makes it accommodating to many sizes. The headband is from the same brand as the JSK and matches the navy and gold coloring to make a perfect pair! ^.^

According to lolibrary 86cm+ in the bust and 70cm+ in the waist but I would say it could go up to 114cm in the bust and 100cm in the waist maximum.
