Classic fun Metamorphose print. Skirt has been altered with back elastic removed, now fits a 28" waist. See photo for inside and outside detail photos of alteration -there is a small snag at the end of where the elastic used to be. Length is 17" excluding trim. Includes brooch and waist ties.
