[RESERVED for a payment plan] Bought new from Harajuku Hearts when they stocked Meta. I just haven't worn it that much. The teddy bears are pinned on and can be moved around. The lace at the hem is also detachable. This is a light spring coat/jacket, so I don't recommend it for very cold weather. The bust is about 38-39

The length is about 27.5" + the lace. The sleeves are 23.5"
