Bought secondhand from Mercari; I am downsizing and have the JSK in the border print so this one has to go! This is, I believe, the Lucky Pack skirt from the year Teddy Bear Baker was released; as such I cannot find a lolibrary link! Fully shirred waistband that I would estimate to fit the same as most Metamorphose fully shirred skirts, around 60cm - 95cm. I have included an image of the Lucky Pack set it could be gotten in; as I bought only the skirt from the Mercari seller, the tote bag and socks are not included!
