If you are looking for a great skirt for old-school punk lolita this is it. I couldn't find a stock image so I had to use an old coord outfit from meta.This shirt is an older piece, I bought this skirt used in 2009 and it was old then... so I would guess its from a 2006/2007 release, maybe possibly older. 
The condition is used, but still has lots of wear left, no rips, stains or damages. The waist tiles (which are not detachable) are wrinkled. This skirt had a built in petti which is a little deflated as well, but still had some poof left :) The color in the skirt is more vibrate than in the pictures show, my room had horrible lighting so I can take better pics if needed.
