Like new JSK with a velvet bodice and tartan skirt! No signs of wear

This beautiful JSK was bought second hand and worn once by me.
It's got a velvet bodice with back shirring (doesn't have corset ties).
It's got detachable waist ties also made of velvet. The skirt part is really cute, flowy and you can wear a huge petti under it.
