Metamorphose tartan check shirring JSK in green. Bought from y!auctions and worn a few times. This dress is great for Christmas (or any time) and the bodice is fully shirred so will accommodate plus sizes! (I do not have a lolibrary link).
The waist ties attach to the bodice with two buttons - each side is missing one button (pictured). The waist ties are still completely functional but you might need to replace the buttons for extra support. Price affects this flaw.
This dress is slightly heavier than others so shipping will be $15 (US buyers only). I have two cats who are not allowed near my clothes but be aware if you have allergies.

I don’t offhand, it should be similar to other older meta pieces with full shirring.
