I purchased this dress secondhand and made some repairs to it. The attractive blue cotton fabric has a slight regal glint from silver metallic thread woven into the print. The collar attaches with inside buttons and is removable. The front strap detail is removable but the buttons they attach by are fixed. Waist ties are removable. The dress is fully lined. Shoulder straps are secured by two buttons each.

 Measurements (taken from Lolibrary owner measurements):

Waist: 74-89 cm

Bust: 86-101 cm

 Condition: There is a feeling of wear to the fabric and the shirring elastic has relaxed. Most of the buttons were loose so I have sewn them back on more securely. The attractive braid detail on the hem was showing some fraying in a couple of spots, I have improved it to the point where it is not very noticeable (see detail photos). One of the bodice seams developed a hole near the waist, I have repaired that by re-sewing the seam a bit wider so the repair is not visible from the right side of the fabric.  There is also a small pinhole hidden by the lower tab detail on the bodice which I have applied Fraycheck to and it seems to be holding fine. As the waistline was snug on me, I have let out one side seam to gain slightly  more room – again this is not visible from the right side of the fabric. Priced to reflect that this is an older dress which has been repaired.
