Unfortunately, when this bag was sold to me it was improperly shipped and damaged in transit. The exterior is cracking along some of the edges and parts are starting to peel off. It may be possible to glue it back carefully, though I haven't tried it myself. The embroidery and construction of the bag seem fine otherwise!
To avoid further damage I recommend shipping this bag in a padded box. However, to keep costs economic I can also provide envelope shipping at your own risk.
