Hmm. it's a tough say. Metamorphose's page for Star Rose is long taken down. I haven't found any listed sources of true measurements for the dress. On a personal note, if you have larger than a 95 cm bust you may feel tightly packed in. When testing the dress at 95 cm it was a cozy fit, maneuverability and comfort are good though. So, ideally I would think the dress would be good to hold a 90 cm measurement.
