Metamorphose skirt
This another skirt I brought second hand from Mercari Japan. Selling it since it did not fit me either. It does have full shirring however it's best suited for someone with a smaller waist I wouldn't recommend larger than 86cm. For reference I have a 104 cm waist and it would not fit. I could not find this on lolibrary but I did include brand tag for authentication.
