Purchased secondhand. The previous owner told me it was purchased brand new and worn once. I've worn and washed it a few times and it's still in like new condition. Even though the label states dry clean only, this OP is made of a heavy polyester fabric that can be washed in cold water without any problems. I forgot to include the detachable bows in my proof photo but I will mail them along with the dress. The approximate measurements are: Bust: 88-99 cm (34-39 inches) Waist: 72-81 cm (28-32 inches) Length: 82 cm (32 inches) the skirt lining has a layer of tulle attached.
