This is the Metamorphose short sleeve back  lace up shirring OP. I'm letting it go as I don't think it suits me and I need to clean my closet. I never got to wear it outside.It has partial shirring front and back and is very comfortable. I'm open to offers as well. Even though the lolibrary measurements indicate a waist around 69 cm I can wear it fine and I'm about 78-80 cm waist and 90 cm bust.
