Metamorphose Shirring Tiered Ribbon JSK (stripe)
Beautiful fully shirred old school JSK from Meta. I adore this dress but sadly pink isn't really my colour, so I had better start searching for another colourway that I'd actually wear. While there is a significant difference between the colour in my photos and the lolibraby ones, this is the pink version pictured in lolibrary. The truth of the shade of pink is somewhere in between, but I do think my photos are closer.
As an older piece, signs of wear are to be expected. I have included pictures of every defect I could find:
pic 3: Faint large yellowish stain at the side hem, slightly smaller than my hand. The stripe pattern masks the stain on the fabric part pretty well, but the staining on the lace is more visible.
pic 4: Small stain on the hem at the side/back.
pic 5: Rip in the lace. There might be other minor rips but I found none bigger than this.
pic 6: By far the most visible stain on the dress, on the lace frill at the front.
pic 7: Minor discolouration of the lace in the armpits.
pic 8: Small faint stain at the waist area.

Furthermore, the elastic in the shirring was as good as dead when I got the dress, so I replaced it in the top 4 channels. There is a fifth channel below the waist seam, but the 4th channel already hit my waist so I left that one as is. I did the replacement by cutting a small slit in the lining. Not the most professional job, but I have some sewing experience and did my best to secure any raw edges and to make the end result sturdy. The measurements of the dress have not changed from this alteration, as the top of the dress can stretch fully with the new elastic as well.

There are cats in my house. They are kept away from my closet to my best ability and I will lint roll all items before shipping, but it is not unlikely that a stray hair will make it inside the package anyway.
