In ok condition, has the following issues:

-Small bleach stain on the lowest tier. Spot dyed over, but still visible when looking for it. Unnoticeable when worn

-Large bleach stain on inner lowest tier. Somewhat spot dyed over, but mostly left alone. Unnoticeable when worn

-Overall fading on the main body and yellowing on the lace

-Small panel cut from the built in petti due to it being ripped/mangled. Unnoticeable when worn

Still a beautiful piece, great for plus sized lolitas. May have other unnoticed issues due to age, I received it secondhand heavily stained and wrinkled

Hello! I don't have anything to measure with, but the dressform is a 26in waist and 33in bust for ref. The shirring is very generous and can almost be pulled to double the dressforms measurements.
