Perfect dress for "old school" look

This piece is shirred all the way around. The lace is a bit discoloured but it's otherwise a gorgeous piece, and perfect for your old school coords. That was my original plan for it, but alas my bodily proportions (being tall and having broad shoulders and a big rib cage) got in the way. I do think this would fit many girls though. These are the measurements.

The tie is missing, but it would be easy to get something that works like a ribbon at a craft supply store.
