No refunds unless item significantly differs from description. Once I've posted it, it's out of my hands. I cannot control what the postal service does, but I will help you if I need to be the one who contacts them as the sender. I will ship untracked at buyer's own risk for items worth less than £50. Insured postage for these items is at extra cost to buyer. I have 2 cats. They are adorable and whilst I try my best to keep them away from my clothes, they are cats so do what they want. I will lint roll everything before shipping but I cannot guarantee to remove every trace of cat hair. If you are allergic, you buy at your own risk.
