This Meta 'Secret Library' skirt in black is in very good condition-there is just some minor wrinkles from storage. The skirt also comes with a matching barrette clip hair bow. 
The flat measurements are:
Waist: 24in (but it does have a little bit of stretch in the waistband).
Length: 19in
