I purchased this second hand and have repaired some damage and increased the size. The original fringe on the bottom hem was frayed and destroyed and has been replaced with a non-fray fringe. The back has had a bustle inserted. The maximum waist size is 75-85cm and the bust is up to 90cm. All other buttons and ties are original. Includes headbow. From a smoke free home, I do have cats.
