Air mail - $20, no tracking or loss damage cover included (damage cover is an extra $10)

No problem! The waist is around 66cm flat and can stretch to accommodate up to 72-74cm :)

was this measurement "flat" (like just hip to hip on the front) or "circumference?" lol.

hey ! :) the flat measurment was taken with the dress laid out without stretching the shirred panel and the 'max' measurement was taken with the shirring stretched! i think if you're around 73~74+ in the waist it might be a bit uncomfy though :'(
