Metamorphose School Vest + Mini Skirt Set
Cute old school set- note that the skirt only fits the smallest of petticoats and is rather short! It's about 42 cm long from the top of the waistband to the hem. The skirt has some very minor pilling near the waistband. The vest would fit a bit larger than lolibrary suggests- the shirring is quite stretchy, but it doesn't have a zipper.
