I've added lolibrary links for both pieces but the measurements for the jacket aren't accurate, I wouldn't go over 92cm in the bust if you want it to button at all.

Jacket has a few pulled/cut threads at the back, and there's a small stain/scuff on the skirt (see pictures).
Skirt is missing waist ties. Does not come with jacket tie.
