Cute sailor JSK from Meta. Has a built in tulle layer in the skirt that gives a small bit of poof so you can wear it casually without a petticoat in the summer if you'd like. Slightly used feeling but no flaws or damages. The bow is removable from the belt.

I haven't listed the Lolibrary measurement for the waist because I'm not sure it's correct. It could be that they've listed the recommended size for the bust and the max size for the waist, but I think 86cm sounds like too much for the waist given what the shirring feels like. There are sizing notes from other people on the Lolibrary page. My measurements are B88 W68 and it fits me fine, but I don't know if I'd recommend it for a waist more than ~5 cm bigger than that for it to fit comfortably.
