Metamorphose high waist sailor skirt with suspenders

I'm selling my Metamorphose Temps de Fille "suspender sailor skirt".
It's a beautiful high waist sailor skirt, in black and white, with little anchors on the front button.
The skirt has shirring and fits comfortably. Waist ties are included (second photo).
I bought this skirt new in Laforet Harajuku 2 years ago and wore it twice, so it's like new.
