The material is beautiful cotton, not too thick but sturdy (small tip: wear a bloomer!). In spite of being an old piece, it's in prime condition with no tear or discolouration.
Breaks my heart to sell this lovely piece, but avoiding homelessness comes first (ó﹏ò｡)

Of course! I measured that the chest circumference around the sleeves area (it's on upper chest area) is 120 cm and below it, it's 134 cm. The only extra concern I must let you know is that the skirt might be hiked up at the front if there's a lot of concentration on the bust (I'm at 90 cm and it's not badly hiked, but I noticed that it will happen)! Considering that this dress is not very long to begin with, I think it's one thing you should also put into consideration. Hope it helps! ^^
