Got this piece 2nd hand with missing waist bows. The pink ribbon waist tie is not pictured but will be included. I think the dress might be missing an inner slip but am not sure as there is no Lolibrary listing.

Hi there, theses are my amateur measurements. Min- Max Bust: about 42cm - 50 cm flat / Min-Max Waist: about 36 - 42 cm flat. The third picture is showing off the close-up of the print, actually :D There's no stains as far as I can tell
