I believe this is called the Rose Print short JSK with Sleeves by Metamorphose. There isn’t a lolibrary listing for it, but there is a listing for the long version so I’ve linked that. The rose print has a subtle paisley pattern underneath it. There are rachel lace panels on the shoulders
it is 95cm long and the bust is approximately 88cm. The waist is free. There was originally shirring in the arm cuff but it is mostly stretched out. It came to me like that.
