Excellent Condition

I don't know the official name of this skirt, and I couldn't find it on Lolibrary. However, the pattern is lace in the shape of roses and other flowers (see photos). It's a very romantic and pretty skirt, like a lace dream.

The waist is elasticated at the back, and the waist ties are detachable.
