A lovely older piece of Lolita history, this is a Metamorphose Rose Bouquet Frill Skirt from 2010, I have had to resew the button and the shirring is stretched!
The listing on Lolibrary for it is as following: 62-67 cm for waist (definitely stretched more to the 67 mark)
Length is: 49 cm
Has waist ties and bows, been hand washed.. accidentally deleted the old listing hence why its being relisted
