I an the first owner I bought it and I was unsure how to cord it so now I'm selling it I'm including a off brand off white blouse that matches and can be worn with it I don't have the measurements for the blouse but as far as I know it is free size but someone with 100+ cm bust can fit it with room to spare but I have included pictures of the blouse. Please check lolibrary for skirt sizing but it is fully shirred and will fit a range of sizes.
