Cute Meta skirt in great condition. Missing a piece, please see full description.

This is an adorable Metamorphose skirt that I bought second-hand in Japan, and have worn twice. It is apparently missing a belt and heart buckle, but you can't tell it's missing anything. I actually never even knew it was supposed to have a belt until I started preparing to sell it.

Lolibrary says the waist is 60 cm, but this is definitely inaccurate. The entire waist is shirred and I have an 83 cm waist and can wear it comfortably.

This skirt comes from a non-smoking household with a cat.
