Perfect for Christmas!!
I bought this a couple months ago intending to wear it for Christmas but I have other coords I'd rather wear so I'm selling. Previous owner said they bought it new. I tried it on once. I can't find any flaws.
The dress has full back shirring. The measurements on the lolibrary link are the minimums. I have measured it and I put the bust about 100cm and the waist around 86cm

Sorry, everything is cleaned prior to shipping but there may still be a hair or two.
