Bought second hand from a Japanese auction site, only tired on once by me. Has full shirring, waist ties and waist ribbon are removable. I wasn´t able to find any information about this OP, but it´s definitely an older piece. Still, it´s well kept, has only a little bit of a worn feeling to it, and no other flaws.
