Impulse purchase but decided it's not for me. 
Excellent like new condition.
It's lined, has 2 removable bows and loads of gorgeous little details. 
No pets, no kids, no smoke, stored in plastic.
Includes a taobao blouse. Not a perfect match for the blues but works well. Size XL similar measurements to the JSK. 
Posting from the UK is included for parcelforce 48hr tracked, other services cost extra.
International can get expensive so ask for a quote.
I only send tracked and insured to the full value to protect us both.
