This beautiful and richly detailed dress from Metamorphose has a built-in petticoat. It has been worn a couple of times and the overall condition is very good. The shirring in the back has been carefully opened and the elastic has been cut, as to accommodate a larger measurement.  Lolibrary lists these measurements:
Bust:  84cm
Waist: 68cm
With the shirring elastics cut, I wore this comfortably with these measurements:
Bust: 96cm
Waist: 80cm
