Cute (late oldschool) jumperskirt from Metamorphose ~
I am at least the second owner of this dress and only tried it on.

Despite its age, the dress is in great condition! The only flaw is a tiny dark spot on one of the waist ties, the loose or "stretched out" look of the shirring panel is part of the design (as seen on the stock photo of the red version). The fabric is poly georgette, the neck straps are detachable and there is a built-in petti, I think the dress looks best with little poof!
