Full-on Victorian drama from Metamorphose. Features a high-necked collar, a ruffled front with tiny buttons from neck to hem, tiers of ruffle-trimmed pintucks on the skirt, and leg-o-mutton puffed sleeves with functional corset lacing for fit. Wow! so many details! In a deep black cotton broadcloth fabric, with adjustable corset lacing in back for fit. It also has a built-in petti. Stock photo is brown but I am selling the OP in black.
