Perfume Bottle Bustle Skirt

Skirt and socks set purchased new from Metamorphose. Worn only a couple times. No fading and the print still has its shimmer to it. The skirt has a detachable broach and waist ties, and partial elastic waistband in the back.

Waist is 12.5 inches across, the bit of elastic in the back gives it one inch more stretched. Length is 21.5 inches
