Swan logo. Lolibrary search failed again, but it feels a lot like https://lolibrary.org/items/meta-teddy-bear-ear-coat-with-cape except buttons on mine are NOT fabric covered (and I don't have a cape, obviously)
Condition is okay (considering it might be from year 2002), has a bit of piling and overall feeling of worn
