Old School velvet meta OP in black and white. I can't find an entry for this dress on lolibrary, however it has gorgeous details, such as buttons all down the back and gathered lace and shirring in the front.

I got this dress from a friend and neither of us have worn it, however there is definitely a worn feeling throughout the dress and it does need a bit of love. Originally from yahoo auctions Japan, the velvet is a bit wrinkled from storage and has a slightly musty smell. The dress was like this when we got it, neither of us have attempted to restore it to its previous glory. Otherwise the dress is in very good condition for its age.
