The navy is slightly more blue in person, but I was not able to photograph it well
No visible flaws, in NWOT condition.
The skirt is completely lined, and there is a partial crinoline on the bottom of the skirt.
There is partial shirring in the back and the shoulder straps are adjustable.
The bow on the front is detachable, as are the waist ties. There are additional buttons for the waist ties and shoulder straps sew on the inside tag. Bust : 32 - 40
