Metamorphose Old School Belted Skirt (2008)
This skirt is lined and has a bit of gathered crinoline in the lining for added volume. The fully shirred waist is more generous than the given Lolibrary measurements, I would say the MAX waist of the wearer is 32". It's in great condition, especially considering it's age.
