Metamorphose off-white half-shirred skirt with waist ties and built-in petticoat, worn once by myself for a few hours. Measures 13 inches across, best fit a waist of 27 inches or less. The material is made of a thick, flocked material that feels like flannel. The skirt came to me with some damages: overall feeling of wear, a faint odor, and a few faint reddish pink stains on the waistband.
