Metamorphose Night Carnival Frill skirt
Bought used and worn a couple times. Has some very faint grayish brownish stains on the back of the skirt. Hard to photograph and notice but they are there. (2nd pic) I tried to remove them and this is the best it got. Had been laundered. Elastic in good condition. I would consider it plus size friendly. Official measurements at the lolibrary link.
