Condition: Modified - Shoulder strap buttons have been lowered about 1-2 inches lower.
Waist ribbon is slightly wrinkled, and there are small holes from where the buttons used to be. Otherwise in good condition with no other damages I can see, but please keep in mind this is an amateur inspection and things may have been missed.
