18 inch waist, 21 inch length. Please note these are amateur measurements and it may be a bit off. 

I bought this second hand from the LiveJournal community many years ago. I think this may have been released approx 2007? It was already a few years old when I bought it but it's got a ton of wear left to it. No holes or tears that I can find. I removed the elastic waistband and replaced it with a plain ribbon to tie to size on the inside, which I've shown in the photos. Since I opened it at the seam, it'd be fairly easy to feed a new elastic through it if you'd prefer.

It fits both me and my girlfriend at a size 17/18 in pants with a little room left to spare and can be adjusted down.
